To Love someone who Don't Love you

You know sometimes life can be fun and sometimes life just sucked. Especially as we grow older and older more and more complicated stuff evolve around you. Especially complicated feelings. I guess I have reached an age whereby I understand what is love and loving someone is never easy, well worse is to love someone who doesn't even love you, I guess that is the suckiest part ever!

For I have these feelings I cared for this person and want to give her the best of everything but after all you have done and this person still ignores you and all. It hurts man it really hurts you deep. Ok...so what I never confess I am afraid to confess but I thought action speaks louder than words right? But all the actions, it seems that the person doesn't even care!

I really felt like my world has shattered apart. But hey... there has got to be someone better right? I mean there will be this one true person for me right? So who knows I might find that person one day... so I'll try and work hard and erase this feeling from my heart where I will start a whole new life. Cheers!

decisions decisions

I want to get a watch and man is it hard for me to make a decision on which watch I want to get, should I get an expensive watch or should I get a cheap watch?

Some of my friends ask me to get a cheap one and some of my friends ask me to go for the one I really want. One of the ones that I saw and liked was from fossil. The design is something similar to this one I guess and it cost RM 292.50 that is after 10% discount.

Some of my friends asked me to just get it.... I am so confused now which one should I get cheap or this? hmmm... arrrgggh decisions decisions. One more friend to ask then I will make my final decision to buy or not to buy!

One Crazy Day!

I guess this is one of my craziest day! Woke up at 7 coz I have to tutor students at 8am. 10.30 finally the class ends but I had to go to the Uni to do my group assignment, after at 1 I went to pick up my mum and had a quick lunch then went home a whilr to keep the laundry and back on the road again to the city centre to pay up somethings.

My Uni class starts at 3.30 and by the time I send my mom home it was 3pm and I had to rush to my Uni, lucky my uni is close to my house. Once there NO PARKING SPACE!! had to park a few blocks away and walked all the way in. F**K the day was damn hot again wand it was quite a hike to the campus!

Later when my class ended at 5.30 Ihad to get to another tutoring class which starts at 6.30pm and ends at 9.30pm. It was only then I can come back home. *Sighs* man this is one F**king crazy day!

KLIA shrunk!

Words have it that the Malaysian government decided that KLIA was just to big and they decided to scale it down a bit! Heres is a picture showing the scaled down KLIA. =)

Smaller KLIA

Do you believe your eyes?? How KLIA have shrunk! Nah I'm just joking. If you didn't believe that this is KLIA then you are correct coz this is KIA. Huh??? KIA??? what is KIA isn't KIA the Korean made car KIA Motors??
Ahemz ...Well no! KIA stands for Kuching International Airport. Located in the Southern Tip of Sarawak Malaysia it is the capital city here. Recently KIA went through a RM620 million redevelopment scheme which included extension of Terminal Building and also renovating the old parts. Lengthening of the Runaway from 2,545 metres to 3,780 metres with a full parallel taxiway. The new Terminal is equipped with 9 gates and around 12 aerobridges. The developer is Global Upline and KLIA consultancy. This explains why the airport has the looks of KLIA.

New check-in hall

Cranes fixing up new airbridge

Remarkably the whole terminal was finish in 15 months time and 24 months ahead of schedule. The runway is yet to be completed.

Lots of singnage so travellers won't get lost

This New Terminal is bigger nicer more modern and High class. Also more sophisticated and according to the developer it is equipped with the state of the art facilities.

A MAS B737-400 and Batavia Air B737-200

Another pic showing the fixing of the new airbridge and behind an A330 of MAS just landed from KLIA

So After a few days from the official opening of the terminal Building on 17th of April 2006 by the Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Abdullah Badawi, I decided to take a looksi looksi at the whole terminal and it is really nice and if you look closely there are quite a few differences between this airport and KLIA. I also saw tourist enjoying themselves in the departure hall. ;-)

My overall view this airport is nice modern and quite big. it gives Kuching a whole new image.

Fried Noodles @ Da Lai

I decided to go to Da Lai Food Court @ King Centre to have my lunch with my friend. Actually I was pretty lazy to drive far away so I decided to go to the nearest place and grab something to eat.

Da Lai Food Court

So I went to check out the stalls. One of the stalls caught my attention they sell a variety of Fried Stuff one of them is something (to me) that people can rarely find in Kuching. This particular stall named it Fried Kolo Mee. Now why would they give it such a name? Easy... the noodles that they used are the noodles that people use to make Kolo Mee.

Most of the stalls that sell Fried Noodles will usualyy use those big fat yellow looking Noodles but muah loves the small type that they use to make Kolo Mee. So I decided to give it a go.

So I waited for a gew minutes for the food to be served
and....tick...tock.....tick...tock...Voila! the food is serve and its time to taste it. Get ready the chopstick and spoon. Slowly and cautiously I put a half a spoonful of hot steaming noodles in my mouth...first chew...then another.. and another and gulp!....... HEY WADDAYA KNOW...the fried noodles ain't that bad after all. Another advantage is that it only cost RM 3.00 for a pretty big plate. This is what you can find mixed inside the noodles, some shrimps, bean sprouts, chicken meat, egg, and veggies. So it is pretty good all and all.

The Fried Noodle

Food Summary:

Type of Food: Fried Noodles

Ingredients found inside it: Shrimps, Veggies, Bean Sprouts, Chicken chunks , egg and of course noodles and not forgetting soya sauce.

Price: RM 3.00

Location: Da Lai Food Court @ King Centre, Kuching

Stars (out of 10): *****

You can go try it out sometime

Damn Streamyx connection

After months of problem free, smooth connection...the problem comes back! my streamyx connection is so slow! Damn why can't the connection be stable.

Sometimes I really wish that there will be another ISP provider in Sarawak or Kuching that will provide a far better service than tmnet or tm streamyx!

Traffic Congestion

Well as a city grows the traffic grows too... and it seems that today every Kuchingites owns at least a car but usually from what I see they onw at least two or three cars...so traffic congestion in Kuching City is a very common sight... you can get stuck in a jam for at least 30 minutes before reaching your destination.

Public Transport in Kuching sucks... especially the buses donw here you can wait for hours and you don't even see a bus passing the station... the buses down here are old and dirty...wihout air-conditioning... even though there are a few bus companies down here in Kuching sad to say all of them sucks their timetable and everything that they do are not systematic... that is why I don't blame the poeple down here wants to own a car... frankly it is much more convinient to own your own car in Kuching than to take a bus or Taxi. Kuching is not really that small, to get from one place to another you'll need transport. So maybe they should upgrade the bus system down here and maybe everyone will consider taking the bus and the traffic congestion down here will be better.

Kangaroo Express...The fastest way to break your Parcels!!

We "Hop"to break your stuff more :)

Frankly, I have never heard of this courier company, and NO I will not use it. Why? my answer is simple. They suck!

Well, why did I say Kangaroo Express sucks. It happened when my friend from KL send me and my friends some presents. It so happens that he used this company Kangaroo Express. Once the parcel arrived...what we have found inside it was shocking. Instead of lovely presents we found shattered glass and broken up glass or snow globe. Nothing was intake except one lucky snow globe and yet outside there largely written the word FRAGILE which I doubt does it even mean a thing to the people who send it.

Where did the glass go?

Poor snowman lost his home

This santa is homeless too.

Reasons, why Kangaroo Express Suck:

* Irresponsible workers!
* Careless
* and I guess lousy service
* Slow at delivering.

The only good one in the package

Sighs lonely house....

So if I ever am going to delivery any parcel. Kangaroo Express is the first out of my list! so in the end we all we received was shattered glasses and only one usable snow globe!

Way to go Kangaroo express. Thanks for breaking our Christmas presents.

Ice Coffee "Special"

Ok...today I had a very special drink @ Siang Siang Tabuan Jaya. I called it Ice Coffee "Special" or locally known as Kopi C Peng "Special".

After Church, Mum, Dad and I decided to grab something to eat. First we went to Ling Long Coffee Shop @ King Centre, but once we found out that most of the stores are closed so we went to Siang Siang Tabuan Jaya. I was feeling mighty hungry this morning and thirsty too.

So when the waiter took my order, I asked for Iced coffee (Kopi C Peng). Later, I went and order my food, ordered a bowl of Kolo Mee and also Roti Milo. Yummy~. When I came back after ordering my drink was already waiting for me on my table. So happily I drank my iced coffee, the coffee was very thin though felt like drinking water...Darn they are so stingy these days and drinks aren't cheap too...cost around RM1.20/40 for that glass of diluted coffee! but that is not what I wanted to say. After I finished my bowl of noodles, I drank a bit of my coffee before continuing on with my Roti Milo...Yes Yes.... I know I am a Glutton...So what I was very Hungry.... -_-lll

Then I spotted something in my glass...and mind you I already drank half of it!!! guess what that little thing was... It was a COCKROACH!!! yes a Little ... NOT so little icky dead coackroach!!!! YUCKS!!! I nearly Puked everything out. I asked one of the waitress to come over and I showed her the "Extra" ingredient they added to my drink...and guess what...the waitress looked at it and looked at it and shrugged a bit went in and got me another glass of Icedd Coffee...WITHOUT apologising!!! WTF!!! but lucky though they did not charge me for that cup of coffee.

Iced Coffee "Special" with Extra Ingredient

In the end I didn't have the appetite to finish up my Roti Milo so I asked the stall dude to wrapped it up for me to take it home.

Well if you want to have a taste of Iced Coffee "Special" do try and go to Siang Siang Corner Tabuan Jaya. There you will find the most exquisite coffee in the maybe...World!!! Where they will add some "Extra" ingredient in your coffee... hahaha

Perhaps Love

如果。爱 (PERHAPS LOVE)

Director: Peter Ho (陈可辛)

Cast:
Lin Jian Dong (林见东) - Takeshi Kaneshiro (金城武)

Sun Na (孙纳) - Zhou Xun (周迅)
Nie Wen (聂文) - Jacky Cheung (张学友)

Monty - Ji Jin Hee (池珍熙)

I Have watch this movie some time ago. So the story to me is a bit unclear...blurry but I still I do remember a bit.

Here is how the story goes. The story begins when Monty (Ji Jin Hee) a muse went to Shanghai with a mission, he wanted to taste of genuine human emotions and put himself out as a beacon for lost souls, drowning in the bitter sea of love.

Also arriving in the same time was Lin Jian Dong (Takeshi Kaneshiro), the star in a new musical drama directed by a reknowed director, Nie Wen(Jacky Cheung). On the other hand the co-star of Jian Dong was Sun Na( Zhou Xun) which so happens to be the ex-lover or old flame of Jian Dong and currently having a relationship with N
ie Wen who in turn made her a star.

In the musical drama that they are both acting is about a love triangle. An amnesiac women forgets about everything, even her lover and only to be saved from the streets by a generous circus owner. When she finally regains her memory she finds herself caught both in the present and the pass. Jian Dong and Sun Na was both in the leading role and Nie Wen acted as the circus
owner and also unaware being the 3rd party. Unfortunately Nie wen did not realise about his two stars past relationship. A decade ago Jian Dong was a film student studying at the Beijing Film Academy and Sun Na was a bar singer. He was a thrifty student and she was a songstress with a run down luck. Both having lonely hearts fell in live with each other. But all was destroyed when Sun Na desire for fame and wealth grew and the relationship was broken as she went for a man who can make her famous, Nie Wen.

Zathura

Zathura
This movie is actually Jumanji.now why do I say that because they just twisted the story line a bit instead of being in the jungle they were in space. Instead of throwing the dice they have a key that you turn and a button to press and there will be a part where numbers will start turning (sort off like rollet). If your number stops at 3 the little space ship will move on its own 3 knotches up the board (exactly like Jumanji).

The movie was ok. Some parts of it was funny
, some parts of it was lame. Graphic wise they are ok but some parts still have a bit of weakness. The actors and actresses in the movie are ok not that bad. If you ask about my favourite character I will say that ot is the little brother. I think he is so cute. The sister was pretty mean but in most of the movie she was frozen and the brother was mean towards the tounger brother but later on they got along welll which each other. Later on the sister fell in love with the brother who was actually grown up but she did not know about this until almost when the game ended. it was a pretty funny movie

Here are some photos and the plot taken from darkhorizons

Plot: In Columbia Pictures heart-racing sci-fi adventure "Zathura," two squabbling brothers are propelled into deepest, darkest space while playing a mysterious game they discovered in the basement of their old house. On their fantastic journey they are joined by a stranded astronaut and must survive meteor showers, hostile lizard-like aliens, a rocket-propelled robot run amok and an intergalactic spaceship battle. But their greatest peril lies ahead. For unless they finish the game and reach the planet Zathura, they are doomed to be trapped in outer space forever. "Zathura" is based on the best-selling book by the acclaimed children's writer Chris Van Allsburg ("The Polar Express," "Jumanji").
